1. What we collect
Your email address for sign-in (plus name and photo from a social provider if you use one). Reviews, questions, answers and lists you choose to submit. For owner claims, verification documents stored in a private bucket that is never publicly accessible.
2. What we never do
We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or collect personal information beyond the minimum needed to run the service.
3. Cookies & analytics
A session cookie while you are signed in. We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages are useful; it sets its own cookies and receives page addresses without query strings (so your searches and location never reach it). Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies, may also count visits. Console and sign-in pages are not measured by Google Analytics. We do not use advertising cookies or share data with ad networks.
4. Your rights
Use 'Delete my data' on your account page to permanently remove your account, reviews and uploaded photos. Claim documents are kept privately for the audit trail and are deleted together with your account.
5. Security
Traffic runs over HTTPS, the database lives on encrypted hosting, and access follows least-privilege. Tell us if you spot a problem.
