Terms of Service
Last updated: 9 October 2026
1. The service
foodee is a restaurant directory for Dhaka — menus, prices, photos, opening hours and community reviews. Information comes from public sources, restaurant owners and user contributions. We work hard on accuracy but cannot guarantee every detail; call the restaurant to confirm before visiting.
2. User content
By submitting reviews, questions, answers or photos you grant us a licence to display and archive them. Spam, harassment or false content may be removed. All submissions pass through moderation before publishing.
3. Owner claims
Claiming a restaurant requires proof of ownership. False claims lead to account termination. Owners may respond to reviews but can never edit or delete them.
4. Acceptable use
Scraping the site, circumventing rate limits, or creating automated accounts is prohibited. Violations may lead to access revocation.
5. Limitation of liability
foodee is not responsible for food quality, hygiene or pricing at any listed restaurant. Verify details directly with the establishment.
6. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time; material changes will be posted on this page.
